The special Circle of Return will invite participants to step into a Sonic Meditation and Sound Ceremony that will take participants on an inward journey of self-discovery and healing that will specifically target the energy centers in the body to relieve symptoms of anxiety, PTS, isolation, and pain.

This event will introduce the frequency-minded music of Listening to Smile and the new partnership with Veteran Rites to deliver the healing power of sound to the military family. Veteran Rites is an official affiliate with Listening to Smile with a focus on serving veterans and their families.

The Sound Ceremony

This ceremony is available to 12 adult participants.

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, and cozy blanket. Veteran Rites will have a few of these available in case you need it.
