The Roots of Resilience Course is a transformative 4-week journey designed to help you navigate life after service, reconnect with your values, and build a stronger foundation for the future.
What is it?
This course empowers veterans to rediscover their identity, reignite their sense of purpose, and find belonging within themselves and their communities. You’ll gain the tools to cultivate resilience, whole health, and balance, while reconnecting with your inner strength and values. Roots of Resilience is a standalone course for anyone seeking practical skills for thriving in a civilian world and is a required prerequisite for the Veteran Rites, Rite of Return Ceremony.

ARE THERE COURSE FEES?
This course is provided by Veteran Rites through the VA SSG Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention program. There are no course fees.
COURSE SCHEDULE AND ENROLLMENT
